New Build for Bespoke Buyers in Castle Pines
The Kasper Family had purchased a new home in Meridian Village six years prior, but now desired a new chic, refined contemporary farmhouse-look, complete with modern amenities and convenience. They also wanted more privacy.
Through our network of local builders, we identified an up-and-coming Castle Pines community called, Skyline Ridge.
There are some builders we avoid due to their poor reputation of construction delays, poor quality of craftmanship, lack of available design center options, and poor home warranty follow through. Fortunately for the Kaspers, one of our preferred production builders, Taylor Morrison, was building in Skyline Ridge!
We went under contract on their new home and Taylor Morrison delivered in spades.
