Ben & Cindy wanted to start a family and their 2 bed, 2 bath condo in Greenwood Village wasn't going to work anymore. They needed more space for their soon-to-be growing family, but they faced a big problem: due to the ultra-competitive real estate market, they didn't want to sell before they purchased because they thought they might become temporarily homeless!
We met with Ben and Cindy and discovered they had a large amount of equity in their existing home that we could tap in order to obtain a bridge loan, which would provide them with enough money to cover a down payment on their next home. Our next move was to ensure they could temporarily qualify for both their existing mortgage and the bridge loan so we introduced them to a local lender. They did!
Once our preparation was completed, we executed to perfection by identifying a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) property that fit their needs and went under contract. We subsequently sold their condo for top dollar and paid off the bridge loan!
