Bryan Zerr is Broker Owner at Greenwood Estates Realty, a boutique brokerage located in the Denver Tech Center. Bryan is a Colorado native, born and raised in Centennial where he attended Regis Jesuit High School. Bryan's analytical style combined with his approachable personality creates the perfect blend of confidence and ease for his clients.
Bryan began investing in real estate as a college freshman at Gonzaga University in 2005 and has remained passionate about all things real estate ever since. Over his career, Bryan has become a resource for real estate and community matters in the Denver Metro area through his popular quarterly newsletter and media appearances on television and in radio. Whether it’s a $200K studio apartment or a $1MM+ luxury property, Bryan and Greenwood Estates Realty love providing value through integrity, expertise, and concierge-like service.
Bryan and his family live in the DTC area. He and his wife enjoy dining at local restaurants and taking their dog, Luna, on walks throughout the community. They love taking advantage of all things Colorado with their daughter - from jet skiing and fishing on Cherry Creek Reservoir to mountain weekends up in Grand Lake. Bryan also enjoys volunteering in various capacities, including local homeowner associations and at his parish.

David Jimenez is Managing Broker at Greenwood Estates Realty, where he loves helping clients, while earning trust, and building relationships. David focuses on limiting anxiety and maximizing enjoyment every step of the transaction. His goal-driven, yet relaxed personality ensures client objectives are achieved.
David is a Colorado native with roots in the Wash Park area. He graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in Communication and currently lives in Parker. His experience living in various parts of the Denver metro area give him a unique understanding of the area's history, tradition, and trends. David has a sharp eye for great opportunities and his 8 years of experience brings extensive knowledge and insight.
David is married to his high school sweetheart with whom he has 3 wonderful daughters. He and his family enjoy being outside and active, incorporating friends and family into their adventures. David loves watching sports, reading crime novels, and playing basketball in his free time.

Zach is a Colorado native, who grew up in the small town of Elizabeth. Zach’s childhood in the country helped instill the values of character, hard work, and commitment – all of which he brings to each real estate transaction. Zach began working in the service industry when he was 16 and brings 9 years of real estate experience to his clients.

Zach resides in south Aurora, where he loves spending time with his 3 children. His interests include automobiles, for which he enjoys membership in several notable automobile clubs. Zach also enjoys camping and the great Colorado outdoors.

Amy Brown is the Transaction Coordinator at Greenwood Estates Realty, where she plays a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring a smooth experience for clients from contract to close. With a warm personality and an “it’s my pleasure” attitude, Amy brings a high level of organization and care to every transaction. She prides herself on clear communication, attention to detail, and helping clients feel cared for every step of the way.

Amy’s customer service experience has equipped her with the ability to stay composed under pressure and manage complex logistics with professionalism and poise. At Greenwood Estates Realty, she is the team’s backbone—keeping files on track, deadlines met, and transactions moving forward seamlessly.
Amy lives with her husband and their son. When she’s not coordinating documents or supporting the team, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and soaking up the moments of everyday life
Luna is a 7 year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix adopted by the Zerrs in March of 2017. Luna enjoys the 5-6 walks per day she receives and loves cuddling on the couch during her down time.
